In its Expedition version, the bag that fits the paddle board is a backpack and a dry bag at the same time. Sometimes we don’t go back to where we started, right? The idea is to take luggage that is dry and protected on your trip. The dry bag fits under the bungee ty-downs of the paddle board and at the end of your trip, you continue the journey with the paddle board in a backpack on the back.
The other difference is that in the kit you have a belt for carrying the paddle board in an inflated state over the shoulder.
