FoldAway is a truly versatile carrier – for one or two sit-in kayaks, and in folded position, on it you can safely transport SUP, canoe or sit-on-top kayak!
The carrier folds and unfolds easily and quickly. The second kayak module has a separate grip on the bar and is placed in the desired position – depending on what you are transporting. For a second kayak – next to the folding carrier. For canoe, SUP or a wide sit-on-top kayak – remotely, closer to the other end of the bar, in which case the included special foam pad for the bar is used.
Each module is made of corrosion-resistant coated steel, a thick pad with large dimensions and molded parts for heavy duty operation.
The universal mounting system is suitable for most of the bars available on the aftermarket (round, square and oval) with dimensions up to 8.89 cm wide and up to 3.81 cm high, as well as most factory systems. Fold Away includes two sets of mounting bolts with different lengths for lower or higher bars.
The set also includes straps with a buckle for quick and safe fastening, safety ropes for the nose and stern of the kayak and foam pads for SUP.
